Raw material incoming inspection includes batch-by-batch spectral analysis for automotive-grade aluminum, zinc, stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper. We verify grades, hardness, and mechanical properties, strictly rejecting non-compliant materials. Production process control locks in standard parameters for die casting, sheet metal, CNC, stamping, and tooling. We execute first-article confirmation and regular routing inspections, checking critical dimensions and cosmetic defects, with error-proofing mechanisms in place. Tooling lifecycle management ensures regular maintenance and precision calibration for consistent mass production.
Before shipment, finished products undergo final inspections for full dimensions, appearance, and assembly fit. We conduct sampling tests for hardness, tensile strength, and salt spray corrosion resistance. Surface treatments (anodizing, powder coating, plating, electrophoresis) are fully inspected for appearance and adhesion. All batch records are retained for full traceability, supporting customer audits and 8D closed-loop corrective actions combined with DFM optimization.
Equipped with professional precision testing instruments such as CMMs, optical measuring devices, high-precision calipers, and dial indicators, we inspect strictly according to GD&T standards: CNC machined parts up to ±0.005mm; Sheet metal/stamping critical dimensions ±0.05mm; Die casting standard tolerances ±0.1~0.3mm. 100% full inspection of all critical automotive assembly dimensions ensures perfect fit without interference.
We are strictly certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and AS9100D. We utilize the five core tools of the automotive industry (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) for full-process control.
